We'll be starting a series of workshops that'll focus on a specific element of martial arts. This workshop will focus on physical improvement, enhancing strength, speed and endurance. They're be two separate time slots, one meant for children and the other for adults. HiiT stands for high intensive interval training, a type of physical exercise that'll raise the heart rate, burn fat, increase oxygen consumption and improve strength. All the physical benefits are also associated with a healthier brain, improve brain function and prolonging aging.
Workshop is only $25 for non-members, $15 for members and if you add $30 to monthly membership you can get all the workshops free each month.
