After much discussion and deliberation we’ve decided to close the studio through March because of the new guidelines proposed by the city to increase social distancing to slow down the spread of the Coronavirus. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we’ll be providing more online videos to help students maintain their skill until we open on April 1st. During this time it’s important for our students to maintain their skills by practicing on a daily/weekly basis. As well, maintaining a fit body by exercising daily/weekly is an important part of keeping you healthy. Be mindful of your choices and stay healthy everyone!

We’ll be revamping the way we present the videos starting next week, the rest of the week will have videos and the Wed/Thur class videos will be up tonight. After this week we’ll upload a large array of warm up, stretch, hand technique and foot technique videos to keep students engaged and busy. I’ll also post workout videos for parents and family members to join in. I’ve been pleased with receiving emails and photos of students training with our videos and would love to see more pics and videos!
Boot Campers Notice
Considering the March closure it is even more important that Red-Stripes going for their Black Belt in April to practice and maintain their skill this month. We want our boot campers to practice the full set of 100 push ups, all the forms, all the questions and finish their essays. We’ll be posting a Boot Camper specific video to help keep your cardio ready for the test and drills to keep your technique clean. This’ll be the biggest challenge during your boot camp journey because you must be completely self accountable, keeping your skills well maintained till we reopen. We believe in your ability to stay on track to earning your Black Belt and can’t wait to see you in April
